Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final once the download has been delivered. By completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

If something goes wrong — your download link doesn't work, the file won't open, or you were charged twice — contact us within 14 days of purchase (just reply to your order confirmation email) and we will fix it or refund you in full.

And if the book itself lets you down, write to us anyway. We'd rather make it right than keep an unhappy reader's money.
